What Is A Crash Pad?A crash pad is off base housing for military members who are TDY for training. The house is identical to your standard Air BnB, fully stocked with daily household items upon your arrival to Randolph.

How Does Leave Work?If you take leave during training let us know. The military does not pay you Per Diem for days you are on leave. We will make sure not to charge your GTC so you do not have any out of pocket expenses.

How Far Is The Crash Pad From Base?A short commute is important especially when you have early flights. We are located 10 minutes to the front gates of Randolph Air Force Base.

Do I Need To Bring Anything With Me?Our crash pads come fully furnished. When you stay with us the hassle of bringing kitchen items, bedding and other necessities are eliminated. Let us do the work so you can focus on training.

Are Pets Allowed?Pets are evaluated on a case by case bases (If roommates have allergies as an example).

Do I Need My Own Renters Insurance?Yes. Renters are responsible for their own renters insurance.

How Does The Sign Up Process Work?The Sign up process is simple: Give us a call to check availability. Our team members will be able to assist you with reservations even if you don't have official orders yet. As well as answer any questions. Once you have official orders we will send you a military friendly DocuSign contract. With our military clause, you will not be held to your contract if orders change, TDY location changes or any medical issues that would change your training dates or location. Once we have the DocuSign contract back, your reservation is official placed. After that you are move in ready.
