The Knox Ridge community was constructed in 2022. This Crashpad is 2800 square feet featuring 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It has 2 living areas and is a 2-story home.
Full Smart Home
This home has the most premium Wifi with 1 GB high-speed internet and 3 access points throughout the home. It features smart locks, thermostat, and a wifi-controlled garage. Each room and living area has its own Samsung smart TV.
Weekly Services
This crash pad offers weekly maid services. The maid will come to the house and clean all community spaces as well as your bedroom (linens, vacuuming, etc.).
Kitchen Amenities
This beautiful eat in kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a large kitchen island. We also installed a kegerator for any time you want to kick back and wind down with a beer.
Kegerator
Our house features a 15-gallon kegerator. When you arrive at Randolph select your favorite beer to be on tap.
